“There’s something about this room… a little ball of dread.” This was such an amazing thriller! I was actually gifted this book by some of my ex-colleagues during my farewell, which made the reading experience even more special. A tiny bit got spoiled for me because I had already seen a few movie teasers based on the book, so I could visualise the characters quite clearly. But honestly, that didn’t take away much, the book still keeps you on edge throughout. It’s so gripping that I ended up finishing it in less than 24 hours(similar to Silent Patient). There are moments where you just want to pause and process because the twists hit you that hard.
